At Marketing4TheTrade, we provide digital marketing services and solutions to our clients across the UK. As we do not deal in physical goods, our "shipping" pertains to the timely delivery of digital services and assets.


1. Service Delivery

  • Digital Services: All of our services, including digital strategy plans, marketing audits, social media content, and consultation services, are delivered electronically. You will receive your service via email or via social media.

  • Completion Time: The estimated completion time for each service will vary depending on the scope of the service. We will provide you with a timeline upon confirmation of your order.


2. Service Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Most services are delivered within 7 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

  • Custom Services: For tailored or more complex service packages, delivery timelines will be confirmed based on the specifics of the service. We will provide you with an estimated timeline during the initial consultation or order placement.

  • Consultation & Meetings: For services such as consultations (phone, video calls, or in-person meetings), we will schedule a meeting time that works for both parties. You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time for your session.


3. Delays & Rescheduling

  • We strive to provide timely delivery of all services. However, occasional delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or waiting for required input from you. In such cases, we will promptly inform you of any changes to the timeline.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a service or consultation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for an alternative time.


4. No Physical Shipping

Since our services are entirely digital, there are no physical shipping charges or logistics. All services are provided electronically, and no physical goods are delivered.


5. International Clients

Currently, we only provide services within the United Kingdom. For UK-based clients, all digital services are available regardless of your location within the country.


6. Service Access

  • Once your service is completed, we will send the relevant deliverables (reports, content, strategy documents, etc.) via email or provide you access through a secure online portal, depending on the service.

  • If applicable, you will be notified when new content or deliverables are available for download.


7. Refunds & Service Issues

As a service provider, we do not offer refunds in the same way physical products might be returned. However, if there is an issue with the service delivery (e.g., significant delays or failure to meet agreed terms), please refer to our Refund Policy. We will address any concerns promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
